Booking terms and conditions - tents and campervans

A 50% deposit is payable on booking. The balance will be automatically collected 2 weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation 10 or more days before arrival -

- If you need to cancel we will refund you minus a £10 admin fee. Commission paid to a booking website and Stripe fees are non-refundable. There is no charge to amend your booking to a different date this year (subject to availability) but we're unable to carry bookings over to the following year.

Cancellation or change of date less than 10 days before arrival -

- If we can re-let your pitch, we will refund you the value we let it for minus a £10 admin fee. Commission paid to a booking website and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

- If we can't re-let your pitch, you will lose the value of 2 days of your booking (3 days at Bank Holidays) and we will refund the remainder. Commission paid to a booking website and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

It's not our policy to refund if you decide to arrive later or leave sooner than you had planned.

We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance cover.
